Tāmaki Health is looking for a Doctor to join our skilled and supportive team at Local Doctors Browns Road in Manurewa, Auckland. We seek a team player committed to our team’s success in providing outstanding care for all our patients.

Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 50 clinics delivering care through affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Through brands like Local Doctors and White Cross, we serve New Zealand’s communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.

We are looking for dynamic doctors with a patient-focused approach who are empathetic, self-motivated, and dedicated. You will be supported by a passionate, caring, and skilled team focused on delivering high-quality care to the community.

Requirements

Current registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
Legal right to work in New Zealand
Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
Current ACLS certificate
Excellent English written and communication skills
Familiarity with MedTech 32 or MedTech Evolution (or similar) an advantage
Committed to health equity, cultural competency, Māori tikanga and kawa, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding care for patients in general practice and urgent care settings
Join a skilled team at Local Doctors to deliver high-quality GP services
Contribute to the success of affiliated clinics including specialist and occupational health
Demonstrate patient-focused care with empathy and dedication
Utilize clinical skills in a supportive network environment
Support community health through innovative and accessible healthcare delivery
