About this role
As a medical officer for the Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP), you’ll carry out efficient medical screenings, appeals and approvals at the Army Assessment Centre. By making sure the right candidates pass assessment, you’ll keep the recruitment process running smoothly. You’ll also help build lifelong careers in the army.
Working alongside a dedicated team of fellow medical officers, clinical staff and administrators, your work contributes directly to national security and the local community. This full-time permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with no shift work or nights. Enjoy a great work-life balance while helping make the country safer.
Conduct face-to-face medical assessments, paperwork screening and appeals for Soldier and Officer candidates. Assist with coaching clinical staff to meet productivity, quality and outcome measures. Deputise for the lead medical doctor during absences and handle first-level appeals within service standards.
