Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible Hospital Medicine physician to support at Sky Ridge Medical Center, The Medical Center of Aurora, and Swedish Medical Center at 1.0 FTE. CPMG has an exclusive, integrated partnership with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado. Together, they provide high-quality, affordable health care services and improve the health of members and communities throughout Denver/Boulder, Northern and Southern Colorado.

Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Hospital Medicine
- Medical degree from accredited institution
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active medical license in Colorado
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or qualified medical/religious exemption
- Ability to provide culturally responsive care addressing disparities
Responsibilities
- Provide hospital medicine support at Sky Ridge Medical Center, The Medical Center of Aurora, and Swedish Medical Center
- Deliver inpatient care using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches
- Collaborate with board-certified colleagues across specialties
- Utilize Epic-based electronic medical records system for patient management
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery
- Manage acute conditions and coordinate discharges for hospitalized patients
- Focus on patient care free from fee-for-service pressures

- Pay range: minimum $279,386.00 and maximum $328,689.00 based on years of experience and FTE
