RoboFit is seeking an Allied Health Assistant / Admin Support to work alongside our physio and exercise physiology team, supporting client care and ensuring a warm, well-organised clinic. Support physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation. Assist with client preparation, exercise supervision, and technology setup. Provide friendly, professional administrative support including managing bookings, welcoming clients, and coordinating schedules.

Work closely with clients living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson’s disease, FND, and chronic pain. Help maintain client records, assist with reporting, and liaise with funding bodies like NDIS, DVA, NIISQ. Ensure a seamless experience for clients, their families, and support teams.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (desirable) or experience in a health/rehab setting
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • A compassionate, client-focused approach and ability to build trust with clients and families
  • Proficiency with administrative systems and attention to detail
  • CPR & First Aid certification and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team
