As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments. Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans. Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living settings.
Focus on improving residents’ performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)
- Senior living or similar experience preferred
- Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
- CPR certification (per facility/state requirements)
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
- A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living setting
- Focus on improving residents’ performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
- Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care
