Ensure all statutory requirements are updated on a monthly, bi-annual, and yearly basis. Handle redressal of grievances and oversee disciplinary procedures for all employees. Renew licenses and maintain close liaison with Labour Department officials after consulting General Manager - HR.
Coordinate hospital functions, celebrations, and welfare activities per instructions from personnel manager. Oversee Time Office functions and ensure attendance details reach payroll on time. Maintain discipline, issue warnings for absentees, and prepare gratuity settlements as applicable.
Foster smooth industrial relations and implement HR policies as required by management. Demonstrate familiarity with emerging professional knowledge, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. Thrive in a compassionate environment emphasizing teamwork and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Graduate MBA (Human Resources)
- 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate
- 12+ years of experience in statutory requirements
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
Responsibilities
