Cleveland Clinic London seeks a Modality Lead Radiographer for Interventional Radiology to join the Imaging team. The role provides professional and operational leadership for the Interventional Radiology Service. Supervising Senior Radiographers ensures the highest standards for patients, consultants, and visitors.
The post holder works within a multi-disciplinary team under the Radiology Manager's guidance. Duties include developing the service to meet changing demands. This full-time permanent position spans 37.5 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call requirements.

Requirements
- BSc(Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent
- Current valid Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) registration
- Certified Radiation Protection Supervisor preferred
- Demonstrate leadership, management, communication, counselling, problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and group process skills
- Experience as clinical expert in Interventional Radiology procedures
- Awareness of clinical hazards and emergencies from administered drugs
Responsibilities
- Perform specialised radiographic imaging procedures to a high technical and professional standard as a clinical expert in Interventional Radiology including Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Neuroradiology and vascular radiology
- Manage Interventional Radiographer levels, skill mix and capacity ensuring adequate staffing levels on a day-to-day basis
- Work with other Radiography Leads and management team to develop new and maintain existing Imaging Service policies, procedures and protocols
- Supply medicines using Patient Group Directions without compromising patient safety under indirect supervision of radiologists
- Initiate, research and implement special studies and projects to enhance patient care delivery systems
- Supervise Interventional Senior Radiographers and develop the service to fit changing demands
