Training Officer - Core Systems Clinical Coder

This fixed-term contract role provides implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project. It ensures effective knowledge transfer and user competence in a hospital setting. The position is based at Mediclinic Corporate Office in Stellenbosch.

Daily tasks include analysing learning and development needs for clinical coding systems. Design and implement learning support material tailored to core systems. Facilitate and assess learning processes to build user skills.

Work in a hybrid workplace type at the corporate office with a focus on healthcare business processes. Collaborate on patient administration and clinical coding environments. Provide ongoing system and process support during the project rollout.
