As a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Core Lab, perform a full range of waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing and report results. Confirm test results' accuracy and precision while reporting findings to pathologists and physicians timely. Utilize complete understanding of testing procedures and theoretical knowledge to interpret results and troubleshoot problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- Licensed by the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Added specialties in clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and/or serology
- Knowledge of waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing procedures
- Ability to interpret laboratory results accurately
- Proficiency in troubleshooting laboratory testing issues
- Understanding of clinical laboratory safety protocols
- Attention to detail in result reporting and documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing and report results
- Confirm accuracy and precision of test results
- Report laboratory findings to the pathologist and other physicians on a timely basis
- Utilize complete understanding of testing procedures and theoretical knowledge to interpret results
- Troubleshoot problems encountered during testing
- Process clinical specimens for chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology analyses
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control standards
- Calibrate instruments and validate test procedures
